Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/100 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on Lewis rat splenocytes). Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections e.g. trypsin or pronase prior to staining. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
