Approved: ELISA, Flo (25 μg/mL), Neut, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, Western Blot, ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Neutralization of Human IL6 R Bioactivity: ~0.1-0.2 μg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL of rhIL-6 R and 20 ng/mL of rhIL-6, using the M1 cell line. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~100 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA Capture: 2-8 μg/mL. Use biotinylated human IL-6 R detection antibody and recombinant human IL-6 R as the standard. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, 10 μL labels 1-2.5x10^5 U937 cells in a total reaction volume <200 μL. - Comment
