Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Neutralization: ~1-4 μg/mL Dependent on cell type, growth conditions, activity studied. ND50 in the presence of 20 ng/mL of anti-human CD3 and 3 μg/mL of recombinant human B7-H2/Fc, using B7-H2-dependent proliferation of PHA stimulated human T cells as an assay. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, limit B7-H2 ~5 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, limit B7-H2 ~1 ng/lane.
