Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 38-40kDa band observed in Rat Skin lysates (calculated MW of 41.7kDa according to rat NP_058783.1 and human NP_001702.1 ). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
