Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approx 70kDa and 60kDa in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1µg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chang et al, Cancer Res. 2007 Jan 1,67(1):100-7., PMID: 17210688). This protein has a calculated MW of 64.7kDa according to NP_647593.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. |
