Peptide ELISA: (antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000). Western Blot: No signal obtained yet but low background observed in human brain and human testis lysates at upto 4µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human liver shows nulear staining in select hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 5µg/ml.
