Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in lysates of liver cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 41.3kDa according to NP_536721.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
