Additional Information
| Swiss-Prot | Q66YD3 |
| Immunogen | fusion protein encoding region for the Chlamydomonas rerinhardtii N-terminal partof CDJ1 Q66YD3, overexpressed in E.coli |
| Format | Lyophilized |
| Description | CDJ1 is one of three zinc-finger containing J domain proteins of Chlamydomonasreinhardtii. This protein is found in chloroplast. In spite that CDJ1 gene is heatshock inducible it does not reflect in increased CDJ1 protein levels. CDJ1 formscomplexes with plastidic HSP90C,HSP70B and CGE1 and is a new cohort proteinof the chloroplast multi-chaperone complex.DnaJ/Hsp40 (heat shock protein 40)proteins are highly conserved and play crucial roles in protein translation, folding, unfolding, translocation, and degradation. |
| Specificity | Predicted reactivity: Ostreococcus sp. Not reactive in: higher plants. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Recommended Dilution 1. 3000 with standard ECL (WB). |
| Purity | Serum |
| Storage | store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes. |
