Additional Information

Immunogen recombinant human Factor VIIa (NovoSeven ® , Novo Nordisk A/S Denmark)
Format Lyophilized
Description Factor VIIa (FVIIa) is a key serine protease involved in the initiation of thecoagulation cascade. FVIIa requires tissue factor (TF), a membrane boundprotein, as an essential cofactor for maximal activity towards its biologicalsubstrates Factor X, Factor IX and Factor VII (FVII).
Specificity Predicted reactivity: primates.

Application Details

Application Notes Recommended Dilution 1: 15 000 (I-ELISA). Additional Information: no significant difference in binding to Factor VII and Factor VIIa .
Buffer Affinity purified IgG in PBS pH 7.4
Storage store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them, to avoid any losses that might occur from liquid material adheringto the cap or sides of the tubes.
