Application Notes
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and frozen sections. Dilute 1:200-1:400 using polymer or streptavidin -biotin system for 30 mins at room temperature. The optimum dilution should be determined by the individual lab.
