Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:500 - 1:3000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:500-1:3000. Use pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
