Immunoprecipitation experiments were performed testing antibody concentrations ranging from 16 to 0.08 ug/mL and assayed by A405 nm spectrophotometry. Nearly complete immunoprecipitation was obtained at 8 ug/mL. The control was non-immune immunoglobulin.
