Suitable for most immunological methods. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human Alpha-1-anti-Trypsin in a standardsandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L]MX and TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of1: 10,000 to 1: 50,000 is suggested for this product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA : 1/10,000-1/600,000. Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
