Additional Information

Alternative name ATPsynthase subunit II b', chloroplastic (AtpG)
Immunogen KLH-conjugated mix of synthetic peptide derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AtpGQ0WMW8 and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii ATP synthase subunit b' A8J785
Format Lyophilized
Description ATP synthase produces ATP from ADP in the presence of a proton gradientacross the membrane. F-type ATPases have two components, CF(1) - thecatalytic core - and CF(0) - the membrane proton channel. CF(1) has fivesubunits: alpha(3), beta(3), gamma(1), delta(1), epsilon(1). CF(0) has three mainsubunits: a, b and c. Alternative names: ATPase subunit II, ATP synthase F(0) sector subunit b'
Specificity Predicted reactivity: dicots including: Sorghum bicolor, monocots including: Oryza sativa, Zea mays, algae Volvox carteri.

Application Notes Recommended Dilution 1: 10 000 (WB).
Purity Serum
Storage store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
