Immunogen Glycoproteins purified from BALB/c mouse embryo 3T3 cell line. (Ref. 1)
Clone ABL-93
Isotype IgG2a
Characteristics Synonyms: LAMP-2, LAMP-2C, LAMPB, Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2
Purification Purified
Alternative Name CD107b / LAMP2
Background CD107b, also known as lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP-2), is a heavilyglycosylated, type I transmembrane protein that constitutes one of the two majorsialoglycoproteins on lysosomal membranes that can be used to distinguish lysosomesfrom other organelles. (Ref. 1) CD107b is similar in structure to Mac-1 and is expressedprimarily on epithelial cells and macrophages in a variety of organs in normal and Beigemutant mice. (Ref. 2)
UniProt P17047
Research Area CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes Flow Cytometry: < / = 1 µg/10e6 cells. Immunohistochemistry (Acetone-Fixed, Frozen Tissue Sections only). (Ref.2,5)Immunoprecipitation. (Ref.2)Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
