Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western Blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Approx 80 kDa band observed in human brain (cerebellum)lysates (calculated MW of 79.0 kDa according to NP_055306.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
