  • Application Notes

    Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Experiments gave bands at approx 50 kDa and 20 kDa inHuman Brain (Cerebral Cortex) lysates and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates after 0.5 μg/mLantibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with differentantibodies (Yamaguchi et al, J Biol Chem.2002 Mar 1,277(9): 6806-12, PMID: 11741986). This protein has a calculated MW of 49.0 kDa according to NP_110397.1.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
