Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 170 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi,Jurkat and MOLT4 (calculated MW of 110 kDa according to NP_055521.1). The observedmolecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies(Yang et al, Cancer Res.1999 Aug 15,59(16): 4056-63, PMID: 10463607). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
