Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Lmit dilution 1: 32000. Western bot: 1-3 μml. Approx 80 kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates (calculated MWof 81.0 kDa according to NP_036348.1 and 77.0 kDa according to NP_438112.1). Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows strongstaining in cytoplasm and brush border of some epithelial cells of proximal convolutedtubules.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
