Description: APOBEC2 belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. It is probable C toU editing enzyme whose physiological substrate is not yet known. It does not displaydetectable apoB mRNA editing and has a low intrinsic cytidine deaminase activity.
