Additional Information

Alternative name CD9
Isotype IgG2b  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone MM2-57
Specificity Human CD9 CD9 is a 24 kDa member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily (TM4-SF) of cell surface receptors. It is expressed strongly on platelets, lymphoid progenitor cells, activated lymphocytes and endothelia, and, weakly, on eosinophils, granulocytes, monocytes, and macrophages. CD9 functions as an adhesion molecule where it mediates platelet aggregation and activation.

Application Details

Application Notes To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform to the characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Purified (UNLB) antibody conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 5 cells, Fluorescein conjugate: 10 µ L/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: 10 µ L/10 6 cells.
Buffer The purified antibody (UNLB) is supplied as 0.1 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8°C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 100 te
