Clone CT-3
Specificity Chicken CD3 CD3 is a member of the T cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. MAb CT-3 recognizes a complex of at least three polypeptides of Mr 20-, 19-, and 17-kDa (two of which are N-glycosylated) on chicken T cells. The antibody also coprecipitates a polypeptide of 90-kDa from digitonin solubilized T cell lysates, which can be reduced to two polypeptides of Mr 50- and 40-kDa.

Application Details

Application Notes To ensure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of monoclonal antibody is tested by flow cytometry to conform to characteristics of a standard reference. Representative data are included in this product insert. Fluorescein conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, Biotin conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: <= 0.5 µ g/10 6 cells, Spectral Red conjugate: <= 0.2 µ g/10 6 cells.
Buffer The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8°C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5
Storage Store at 2-8°C
