Application Notes: ELISA: 1: 12,000 to 1: 43,000, 1.0 μg of Human Transferrin in a standard sandwich ELISAusing Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] and TMB as asubstrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Western blot. Immunohistochemistry in frozen sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
