Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:250-1:500 for 60 min at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Tonsil. -
