Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/4000. Western blot: 0.05-0.2 μg/mL. This antibody detects a band of approx. 22 kDa in Human Liverlysates (calculated MW of 21.2 kDa according to NP_060755.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
