The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-TMEM192 antibody (ABIN783423) specifically detects TMEM192 in WB and EIA.
The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Quick Overview for TMEM192 antibody (C-Term) (ABIN783423)
Target
TMEM192
(Transmembrane Protein 192 (TMEM192))
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Host
Rabbit
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugate
This TMEM192 antibody is un-conjugated
Application
Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Binding Specificity
C-Term
Specificity
This antibody detects TMEM192 at Center. At least two isoforms of TMEM192 are known to exist, this antibody will recognize both. TMEM192 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other TMEM proteins.

Background
TMEM192 is a widely expressed, four transmembrane protein that localizes to late endosomal/lysosomal membranes. This localization is mediated by two dileucine motifs present at the amino-terminus of TMEM192. A cysteine residue near the carboxy residue is responsible for disulfide bond formation in TMEM192 homodimers. Little is known about the function of this protein.Synonyms: Transmembrane protein 192
