Immunogen Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunizing with a synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminal residues of human DNM3 (Dynamin 3)
Purification Purified by antigen-specific affinity chromatography.
Alternative Name DNM3 (DNM3 Antibody Abstract)
Background DNM3 (Dynamin 3) is a microtubule-associated force-producing protein involved in producing microtubule bundles and able to bind and hydrolyze GTP. DNM3 (Dynamin 3) is most probably involved in vesicular trafficking processes, in particular endocytosis.
