Purification
- Rabbit Anti-Gab1 (Phospho-Tyr627) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

- NDUFC2 (NADH Dehydrogenase (Ubiquinone) 1, Subcomplex Unknown, 2, 14.5kDa (NDUFC2))
-
Background
- NDUFC2 is the accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). It is believed to be not involved in catalysis reaction. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
