Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: Supplied as a frozen liquid. Dilute tat stock solution in 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM Sodium Citrate, pH 6.5 immediately before use. Tat readily oxidizes in buffer solutions, which may change its LTR dependent transcriptional activation activity.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Storage: -80 °C

Storage Comment: Aliquot and store at -70 °C or lower.
