Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Additionally we are shipping Ribosomal Protein L34 Antibodies (35) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 16 products:
The RPL34 gene was highly expressed in OSCC, while silencing RPL34 could block cell proliferation and metastasis, but promote cell apoptosis, suggesting the RPL34 gene to be a new promising clinical target for OSCC therapy.
RPL34 plays an important role in the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells.
RPL34 functions as an oncogene (show RAB1A Proteins) that modulates the proliferation and metastasis of esophageal cancer cells in part through the inactivation of the PI3K (show PIK3CA Proteins)/Akt (show AKT1 Proteins) signaling pathway
this study shows that ribosomal protein L34 promotes the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells
RPL34 plays a critical role in cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution and apoptosis of human malignant gastric cells.
over-expressed RPL34 may promote malignant proliferation of NSCLC cells, thus playing an important role in development and progress of NSCLC
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L34E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. This gene originally was thought to be located at 17q21, but it has been mapped to 4q. Transcript variants derived from alternative splicing, alternative transcription initiation sites, and/or alternative polyadenylation exist\; these variants encode the same protein. As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome.
