A novel function for ZNF300 in tumour development was identified that may uniquely link inflammation and NF-kappa B (show NFKB1 Antibodies) to tumourigenesis in humans but not in mice.
Data show that co-expression of ZNF300 and Egr1 (show EGR1 Antibodies) lead to enhanced IL-2Rbeta (show IL2RB Antibodies) promoter activity, and suggest that ZNF300 is another regulator of the human IL-2Rbeta (show IL2RB Antibodies) promoter.
