Conjugate
- This 14-3-3 zeta antibody is un-conjugated
-
Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, Immunofluorescence (IF)
- Specificity
- Epitopes for Species: H:S58,M:S58,R:S58
- Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
- Immunogen
- The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human 14-3-3 zeta around the phosphorylation site of serine 58 (R-S-SP-W-R).
