demonstration that ANX7 is a substrate for botulinum toxin type C, both in vitro and in permeabilized chromaffin cells
data reveal that high UBE3C (show UBE3C Antibodies) expression contributes to glioma progression by ubiquitination and degradation of ANXA7, and thus presents a novel and promising target for glioma therapy.
High annexin A7 expression is associated with poor differentiation in gastric cancer patients, and it may be a predictor for lymphatic metastasis.
miRNA-155 promoted the proliferation of prostate cancer cells by regulating ANX7 expression levels.
The role of distinct SGK1 (show SGK1 Antibodies)/FOXO3A (show FOXO3 Antibodies)-associated regulation in p53 (show TP53 Antibodies) versus ANXA7 responses were elucidated and proposed that aberrant SGK1 (show SGK1 Antibodies) could affect reciprocal SGK1 (show SGK1 Antibodies)-FOXO3A (show FOXO3 Antibodies)-Akt (show AKT1 Antibodies) regulation.
Alternative ANXA7 splicing was present in precursor cells, suggesting that glioblastoma cells inherit the trait from a potential tumor-initiating ancestor and that these cells exploit this the through accumulation of mutations that enhance EGFR (show EGFR Antibodies) signaling.
Both annexin A7 and integrin beta4 were essential for small molecule, 6-amino-2, 3-dihydro-3-hydroxymethyl-1, 4-benzoxazine-induced autophagy.
Annexin A7 expression was able to inhibit HCC (show FAM126A Antibodies) lymph node metastasis, whereas knockdown of Annexin A7 expression significantly induced HCC (show FAM126A Antibodies) metastasis to local lymph nodes.
We have found ANXA7 to be functioning like a tumour promoter in HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells
The present observations demonstrate that enhanced eryptosis of annexin7 deficient cells is paralleled by increased adhesion of erythrocytes to the vascular wall, an effect, which may impact on microcirculation during ischemia.
by identifying ABO (show ABO Antibodies) as an unprecedented modulator of ANXA7 as well as GCA (show NPR1 Antibodies) and LC3 (show MAP1LC3A Antibodies) as interacting proteins of ANXA7, we demonstrated the possible mechanisms how ANXA7 regulates autophagy for the first time.
Annexin A7 formed a protein complex with BAG4 (show BAG4 Antibodies) in mouse hepatocarcinoma cells; Annexin A7 modulated BAG4 (show BAG4 Antibodies) and BAG4 (show BAG4 Antibodies)-binding proteins in mitochondrial apoptosis.
Decreased expression of Annexin A7 inhibits the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cells by way of the intrinsic mitochoindrial pathway.
annexin A7 influences insulin (show INS Antibodies) sensitivity of cellular glucose uptake in a COX (show CPOX Antibodies)-dependent fashion.
Clic1 (show CLIC1 Antibodies) have a role in migration and invasion in hepatocarcinoma maybe via modulating the expression of Annexin A7 and Gelsolin (show GSN Antibodies).
ANXA7 is an important factor in tumors with the lymphatic metastasis.
Annexin A7 and galectin-3 (show LGALS3 Antibodies) are involved in cell migration and invasion regulation in mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines.
Annexin 7-sensitive cyclooxygenase activity contributes to the stimulation of gastric acid secretion by glucocorticoids.
Results suggest that RACK1 (show GNB2L1 Antibodies)-Annexin A7 interaction may be one of the means by which RACK1 (show GNB2L1 Antibodies) and Annexin A7 influence the metastasis potential of mouse hepatocarcinoma cells in vitro.
Annexin VII is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins. The Annexin VII gene contains 14 exons and spans approximately 34 kb of DNA. An alternatively spliced cassette exon results in two mRNA transcripts of 2.0 and 2.4 kb which are predicted to generate two protein isoforms differing in their N-terminal domain. The alternative splicing event is tissue specific and the mRNA containing the cassette exon is prevalent in brain, heart and skeletal muscle. The transcripts also differ in their 3'-non coding regions by the use of two alternative poly(A) signals. Annexin VII encodes a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa with a unique, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain of 167 amino acids and a conserved C-terminal region of 299 amino acids. The latter domain is composed of alternating hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments. Structural analysis of the protein suggests that Annexin VII is a membrane binding protein with diverse properties, including voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity, ion selectivity and membrane fusion.
