Immunogen The immunogen for anti-ZNFN1A5 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human ZNFN1A5
Purification Purified using peptide immunoaffinity column
Alternative Name ZNFN1A5 / IKZF5 / Pegasus
Background IKZF5 also called ZNFN1A5 or Pegasus is a DNA-binding protein that binds to the 5'GNNTGTNG-3' core sequence and acts as transcriptional repressor. Interacts with other family members, IKZF1, IKZF2, IKZF3 AND IKZF4. Expressed in brain, heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, and liver. Expressed in the hematopoietic cell lines MOLT-4, NALM-6 and K-562. Highly expressed in THP-1 and M-07e cell lines, which have characteristics of myeloid and early megakaryocytic cells respectively.
Alternate names: Ikaros family zinc finger protein 5, Zinc finger protein Pegasus
