Specificity
Recognizes the 20S subcomplex within the 26S hetero-oligomeric protein complex and thefree cytosolic form of 20S cylinder particles, the epitope is resistant to formaldehydefixation (up to 4%)Antigen Recognized in Species and Cultured Cell Lines (tested so far): Xenopus laevis,XLKE-A6 (Xenopus laevis), PLC (human), RVF (rat), Ptk2 (rat, kangaroo)Add. Information: * Ascites available upon request.
Application Notes
Immunofluorescence microscopy: Ready to use, 20 - 30 min at RT, longer incubation mayresult in loss of soluble antigen. Western Blot: 1: 100 when using the ECL method. Immunoprecipitation (Ascites*). Affinity chromatography (Ascites*). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
