Additional Information

Characteristics Synonyms: AAV1
Immunogen Adeno-associated virus type 1 (AAV-1) capsid proteins and virus particles
Isotype IgG2a  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone ADK1a
Specificity For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of theAAV assembly process. ADK1a specifically reacts with intact adeno-associated virusparticles, empty and full capsids. Recognizes a conformational epitope of assembledcapsids, not present in denatured capsid proteins and native but unassembled capsidproteins. AAV-1, found in Human and Monkey, in Immunofluorescence microscopy and dotblot analysis cross-reactivity with AAV-6 was observed, no crossreaction with AAV type 2,3, 4, 5
