Additional Information

Characteristics Synonyms: AAV5
Immunogen Adeno-associated virus type 5 (AAV-5) capsid proteins and virus particles
Isotype IgG  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone ADK5a
Specificity For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of theAAV assembly process. ADK5a specifically reacts with intact adeno-associated virusparticles, empty and full capsids. Recognizes a conformational epitope of assembledcapsids, not present in denatured capsid proteins and native but unassembled capsidproteins. Species: Human, Monkey. Others not tested.
