Application Notes: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and most immunological methodsrequiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Dextranase[Penicillium species] in a standard Sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) (Cat#R1364HRP) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethyl-benthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1/2,000 to 1/10,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 2.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 90 mg/mL (by Refractometry)

Buffer: 0.02 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4 containing 0.01 % Sodium Azide as a preservative.

Handling Advice: Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

Storage Comment: Store vial at -20 °C prior to opening. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
