Cross-Reactivity Human
Description MAD2L2 is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents theonset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. MAD2L2 is a homolog of MAD2L1.
Characteristics Synonyms: Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint protein MAD2B, MAD2B, REV7

Application Details

Application Notes This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA (1: 7,500-1: 30,000) againstthe immunizing peptide and by Western blotting (1: 500-1: 2,000) against HeLa whole celllysates and nuclear extracts. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown. Antibodyactivity can be blocked using a control peptide. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 0.81 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Purification Affinity Purified
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01%(w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Storage Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extendedstorage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
