Application Notes: Flow cytometry: use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 106 cells in 100 μL (This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes). This clone has also been described to react with paraffin-embedded material following PLP fixation (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) (4).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions should be determined by the user.
