Description Many intracellular proteins contain monomeric O - linked N - acetylglucosamine residuesconjugated to th hydroxyl group of serine or threonine residues. This modification caninterfere with tserine and threonine phosphorylation.
Specificity This antibody reacts to N-Acetylglucosamine. Species: Human, Mouse, Rat. Others not tested.

Application Details

Application Notes Western Blot: 0.5 μg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer: Casein/Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubationbuffer. ELISA: 0.1 - 1.0 ug/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Buffer 1 ml 2 x PBS / 0.09 % Na-azide / PEG and SucroseReconstitution: Restore with 1 ml H2O (15 min, RT).
Storage Store lyophilized (preferably in a desiccator) at -20°C and reconstituted (aliquote andfreeze in liquid nitrogen) at -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Thaw aliquots at 37°C. Thawed aliquots may be stored at 4°C up to 3 months. Shelf life: one year from despatch
