Description
|
Many intracellular proteins contain monomeric O - linked N - acetylglucosamine residuesconjugated to th hydroxyl group of serine or threonine residues. This modification caninterfere with tserine and threonine phosphorylation.

This antibody reacts to N-Acetylglucosamine. Species: Human, Mouse, Rat. Others not tested.

Application Notes
|
Western Blot: 0.5 μg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer: Casein/Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubationbuffer. ELISA: 0.1 - 1.0 ug/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
