Additional Information

Alternative name IRF5
Gene ID IRF5
UniProt P56477
Immunogen The immunogen for anti-IRF5 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of mouse IRF5
Sequence CSNGPAPTESQPTDDYVLGEEEEEEEEELQRMLPGLSITE PALPGPPNAP
Cross-Reactivity Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Add 50 µl of distilled water. Final anti-IRF5 antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Description The activation of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) is central to innate and adaptive immunity. All TLRs use the adaptor MyD88 for signaling. IRF-5 is generally involved downstream of the TLR-MyD88 signalling pathway for gene induction of proinflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-12 and tumour-necrosis factor-alpha.
Characteristics Antigen Size: 497 amino acids
Molecular Weight 55kDa
