Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx 40-45kDa band seen in Jurkat and NSO (mouse) cell lysates. Recommended for use at 1-3 µg/ml. ChIP: reported by a customer to work very well in ChIP.
