Application Details

Application Notes Western blot: Approx 40kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 0.5-1.5µg/ml. Note that the protein is a glycoprotein and is known to migrate at a higher than expected size (Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A 2002 Jan 8,99(1):365-70).
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Research Area Signaling, Cytoskeleton, Microfilaments
Restrictions For Research Use only
