Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 17kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 16.7kDa according to Human NP_001614.3 and of 16.8kDa according to Rat NP_058892.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. IHC-Fr: 1/500 - 1/1000. Freeze tissue in isopentane, postfix sections in PFA 2% for 1 hour. IHC-P: 1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the microwave method.
Concentration 100µg specific antibody in 200µl
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
