Application Details
| Application Notes | Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 48kDa band observed in lysates of Human Brain, Kidney and Testis (calculated MW of 42.8kDa according to NP_006087.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human hepatocelluar carcinoma shows strong labeling of membranes and weaker staining of cyrtoplasm. These observations are consistent with those obtained by different antibodies. Recommended concentration, 0.5-2µg/ml. |
| Concentration | 100µg/200µl |
| Purification | Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. |
| Buffer | Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. |
| Storage | Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing. |
| Research Area | Cancer, Angiogenesis, Transcription Factors |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Images
| ABIN184872 staining (0.1µg/ml) of Human Kidney lysate (RIPA buffer, 35µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence. |
