Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Kidney, Human Lung and Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 18kDa according to NP_003336). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney, shows nuclear staining of some epithelial cells of glomeruli and renal tubules. Recommended concentration, 1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
