Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 25-30kDa band observed in Human Testis lysate (predicted MW of 26kDa according to NP_057506). Recommended for use at 1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
