Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 110 kDa band observed in A431, Fibroblast (epidermoid carcinoma) lysates (calculated MW of 88.8 kDa according to NP_071735). Band migration is consistent with literature (PMID 11062261, 15020713). Recommended concentration: 0.3 - 1.5 µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
