Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx 60kDa band observed in Molt-4 and Jurkat lysates (predicted MW of 53kDa according to NP_009005.1). Recommended for use at 0.25-1µg/ml.
